This tour is a combination of Irazu Volcano, Orosi Valley and Basilica of the Angels. We will take the Panamericana Sur highway and start to ascend to the great “Iztaru.” The winding road will take us through fertile lands, cultivated with all kinds of vegetables and vegetables.
At the top of the volcano you can see the main craters and, on a sunny day, both the Atlantic and Pacific can be observed.
As we descend to the city of Carthage, we will stop at the Basilica of the Virgin of the Angels, a place of pilgrimage of many faithful, which is celebrated on August 2, a tradition that has remained for many years.
Continue to the wonderful valley of Orosi. We will visit one of the few remaining colonial churches, followed by a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants.
